Group Exercise

Wood Valley offers a wonderful variety of classes in four separate studios with over 90 classes per week available. Workouts for all ages, sizes and fitness levels are offered with programs targeting beginners, advanced fitness enthusiasts students, seniors, athletes, women’s only, men’s only and coed clients. Classes are led by friendly, trained instructors.

Class options include: Step, Circuit, Pilates, Yoga, Fat Burner, Pure Cardio, Low Impact, Performance Cycle, Boot Camp and Fitball.

Weekday classes start as early as 5:30 am and continue throughout the day with morning, lunchtime, afternoon and evening classes. Weekend workouts are also offered.
